Biography
Norbert Kostel was an Austrian road cyclist participating in the 1988 Seoul Summer Olympics. He came 16th with the Austrian 100 km time trial team. He qualified for the team as runner-up of the Austrian road race championship that same year. Kostel later ran his own bicycle shop in his hometown Klagenfurt.
