Biography

Patrick Murphy finished fifth in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4000 metres individual pursuit and tenth in the track time trail. He also competed in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games road race. At the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games he finished 13th in the road race and also competed in the 10 miles Scratch and the 4000 metres individual pursuit.
