Biography

Tony Palmer rode the team time trial for the United States at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, the team placing 10th. At that time he rode for Team Crest. Palmer had been a top junior rider, winning a bronze medal in team time trial in 1983 and a silver in the same event in 1984 at the World Junior Championships. In 1988 he won stage four of the Redlands Bicycle Classic.
