Dalbir Singh Gill was an Indian road and track cyclist who was active during the mid-1960s. In 1964 Gill was selected to represent India at the Tokyo Olympics. Whilst the Indian quartet did not finish in the team time trial, he had better success in the velodrome, placing 26th in the track time trial.
