Biography

Fred Taylor was from Newark, New Jersey. He was born there and lived in Newark at the time of the 1920 Olympics, although he represented the New York Athletic Club. Taylor rode three track events in Antwerpen. He is noted to have competed with a “machine gun wound” on his right arm, although further details of that are not available.
