Biography

Dutch cyclist Willem Reuter competed from the late 1930s to the early 1950s. Reuter finished third in the national road race of the Netherlands in 1939 and 1940. He had previously been named as an alternate for the road race at the 1936 Berlin Olympics but he did not start.
