Errata

POB was said to be "Romilly-sur-Seine, Aube (FRA)", but this is false! In fact he was born in Paris 11ème and declared under the surname of his father : LÉVY But he later officially changed his name to his mother surname LIOTTEL. First, in 1922, he was authorized to use the name LÉVY-LIOTTEL. Then in 1954 he was finally authorized to use the name LIOTTEL alone.
