Biography

Marta Majowska was a Polish gymnast. Majowska attended the state secondary school in Katowice and later became an accountant. She represented TG Sokół Katowice from 1929 to 1939 in local competitions and the Polish national team from 1936 to 1939. Majowska competed at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. She was part of the team that finished in sixth place in the all-round event. Majowska was a three-time national champion, winning in the all-round event in 1936 and the parallel bars in 1936 and 1937. At the 1938 World Championships Majowska won a bronze medal in the team all-round event.
