Biography

Louis Kniep competed in three events at the 1904 St. Louis Olympics. He competed in the individual all-around (44th); the individual all-around, apparatus work (52nd); and the individual all-around, field sports (=44th). Kniep represented the National Turnverein of Newark, New Jersey. He ran his own business in New Jersey as a wholesale stationer.
