Biography

Roberto “Lolli” Vestrini was a member of the Scarronzoni, the rowers of the Unione Canottieri Livornesi, winning the 1929 European Championship in the eights and placing second at the 1930 European Championships. He was also Italian Champion with the eights in 1929-1930 and 1932. His brothers Renzo Vestrini and Pier Luigi Vestrini participated at the 1928 Amsterdam Games in coxed pairs.
