Reginald Douglas had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Coxless Pairs, 1st in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Coxless Pairs, 2nd in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Double Sculls.
