Biography

Lisa Rohde rowed at the University of Pennsylvania. She competed for the United States from 1977-84, rowing in the eights at the 1977 World Championships, and the quad sculls at the 1981 Worlds. After the Olympics, Rohde returned to medical school at the University of North Carolina. She did her residency in internal medicine in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Carolinas Medical Center and became an attending physician at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte and with the Carolinas HealthCare System.
