Biography
John McIntyre coxed the US pair at the 1948 London Olympics. He attended LaSalle University, class of 1950, and represented the Vesper Boat Club. McIntyre served in the 2nd light armored division of the US Army from 1953-56, after enlisting in 1948. McIntyre later became a school principal.
