Biography

Weightlifter Rudolf Troppert was an Austrian lightweight who finished ninth at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He had already won a silver medal at the 1929 European Championships and a bronze medal in 1931. In 1930, he placed second at the German Championships. Domestically, Troppert represented Ursus Wien (Vienna).
