Attia Mohammed had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1948 Olympics Lightweight class (360.0 kg); 2nd in the 1938 World Championships Lightweight class (342.5 kg); 2nd in the 1950 World Championships Lightweight class (350.0 kg).

Errata

YOB also seen as 1922 and 1923, but while 1922 is supported by the Egyptian Ministry of Sport, 1914 comes directly from the Egyptian Olympic Committee and a picture of him in a 1934 edition of Al-Abtal clearly shows him as an adult.
