Biography
Gustaf Klarén’s Olympic bronze medal was his only major international achievement. Originally he was not nominated for the Swedish team for financial reasons, but donations from the citizens of his hometown Borås allowed him to travel to Los Angeles. He later ran a cigar store in Borås.
