Biography

Aristidis Rapanakis was a Greek sailor who represented the Piraeus Sailing Club. Rapanakis competed in the three-person keelboat, also known as the Soiling class, at the 1980 Moskva Olympics. Together with Tasos Bountouris and Anastasios Gavrilis the Greek crew won the bronze medal. In the six races that made up the event, the Greek boat finished in first place in two races and third place in two more.
