Biography

František Slavík was a Czech long-distance runner who represented Sparta Praha. Slavík competed for Bohemia at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics where he ran in the marathon, but did not finish the race. He was also scheduled to run in the 10,000 metres and the cross-country race in Stockholm but did not start in either event. Slavík died in October 1926 at the age of 38.
