Biography

Ralph Adams had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1930 British Empire Games 4×110 yards Relay (with Jim Brown, Johnny Fitzpatrick, and the non-Olympian Leigh Miller). Adams also competed in the 1930 British Empire Games 220 yards but was eliminated in the heats.

Personal Bests: 100 – 10.9 (1930); 200 – 22.1y (1929).
