Biography

Jean Chastanié was French champion in 400 m (1901 in 52.6) and 800 m (1903 in 2:00.8). He finished second in 800 m (1904 and 1905) and third in 1500 m (1905) and long jump (1907 with 6.36 m) at the French championships.
