Biography

Gusztáv Rózsahegyi started his sprinting career with MAC in 1918. He won the 100 metres at the Budapest Championship in 1924 and the following year won his first national title, at 200 metres. A member of the Hungarian 4x100m relay squad that finished fourth at the 1924 Paris Olympics, he was a reserve for the relay squad at Amsterdam four years later. After ending his athletics career, Rózsahegyi worked as a car dealer.
