Biography

Marcel Pelletier was a track and field athlete from Luxembourg who competed in several throwing events. At the 1912 Stockholm Olympics Pelletier finished in 17th place in the shot put with a best throw of 11.04 metres. In the discus he threw 33.73 metres to finish the competition in 31st place. Pelletier was also scheduled to compete in the hammer and javelin at the Stockholm Games, but did not start in either event.
