During the 1930s Mexican track and field athlete Everardo Múzquiz competed as a sprinter. Múzquiz ran in the 200 metres at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics but was eliminated in the heats. He was also scheduled to run in the 4 × 100 metres relay in Los Angeles but the Mexican team did not start the race.
