Boxer Hans Wiltschek took part in the featherweight division at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. However, he lost his first-round bout to the eventual South African silver medallist Charlie Catterall on a decision. Domestically, Wiltschek boxed with BC Graf Wien (Vienna) and won 13 national titles before World War II. After the war he turned to coaching.
