Biography

In his day job Janne Dahl worked as a station clerk for the Swedish State Railways (“Statens Järnvägar”) while competing in athletics for Herrljunga IF. Dahl competed in the javelin throw at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics where he finished in 15th place out of a field of 25 competitors. He was also scheduled to compete in the javelin throw with both hands but he did not start the event.

Personal Best: JT – 51.04 (1911).
