Biography

Axel Wiegandt was a Swedish long-distance runner who represented Mariebergs IK. At the 1908 Swedish national championships Wiegandt won the gold medal in the 10,000 metres. The same year he competed in the five miles and the three miles team races at the 1908 London Olympics but did not progress from the heats in either event.

Personal Best: 5 Miles - 26.27.8 (1908).
