Biography

Jeff Galloway had a best placing in AAU competition of third in the 1973 10K, although he finished second in the 1972 Olympic Trial 10K. He also competed at the International Cross-Country in 1975. Galloway later became a well-known writer of books on running topics and served for many years as the director of the Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta. He also has served as a coach to distance runners and conducts running seminars.
