Biography

Arthur Sager placed third at the 1928 AAU javelin throw, which qualified him for the US Olympic team, as the meet doubled as the Olympic Trials that year. He competed for Bates College and the Boston AA. Sager later became a teacher in the Boston area before retiring to Florida.

Personal Best: JT – 63.87 (209-6¾) (1928).
