Biography

Ralph Williams placed seventh at the 1924 Boston Marathon to make the 1924 Olympic Team. That should not have been good enough to make the team, but the coaches chose him over 1920 Olympic marathoner Carl Linder, which became somewhat controversial. Williams raced again at 1925 Boston, but dropped out due to the cold weather.

Personal Best: Mar – 2-41:59 (1924).
