Biography

Sal Walker was a professional from 1922-28. Of his 16 fights he won and lost seven each, with two fights ending in a draw. Five of these were fights for South African titles, four as a featherweight and one as a bantamweight. He held the South African featherweight title for six months in 1924 and stepped down in 1928 as the reigning South African bantamweight champion.
