Biography

French Alpine skier Paule Moris was a member of the club at Val d’Isère in the 1950s. Moris competed at the 1954 World Championships where she finished in sixth place in the giant slalom. Two years later she skied in the slalom and giant slalom at the 1956 Cortina d’Ampezzo Olympics, finishing in 18th place in both events. Moris was one of the first female skiers to become an instructor at the French Ski School.
