Biography

Adriano Frassinelli won the silver medal in the four-man bob event at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo in the bob of pilot Nevio De Zordo. He also was a member of the team that won a gold medal in the two-man event at the 1969 World Championships in Lake Placid, also with De Zordo. With the same pilot he ranked second in the Italian Championships in the two-man bob in 1969 and 1970 and third in the four-man bob in 1969. With a new pilot, [Enzo Vicario] Frassinelli earned his last silver in the 1973 national championships in the four-man bob.
