Biography

Kim Layton was from Montana and was in the US Air Force in 1968 when he competed at the Winter Olympics. He was based at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. Layton later lived in Reno and became quite a good masters distance runner. In 1998, he won the 55 and over division at the California International Marathon, finishing in the time of 2-48:51.
