Biography

Helga Hellebrand was an Austrian flatwater canoer who participated in the 1956 Melbourne and the 1960 Rome Olympics. She was eliminated in the preliminaries of the 500 metres kayak singles at Melbourne and placed ninth with Lisa Schindler in the 500 metres kayak doubles at Rome. Between the two Games she married her team-mate Herbert Wiedermann.
