Biography
Austrian flatwater canoeist Herbert Havlik participated in the 1980 Moskva (Moscow) Olympics. He partnered Dietmar Schlöglmann in the kayak doubles over 1,000 metres and was eliminated in the semi-final. Also, with the Austrian kayak fours he failed to reach the final.
