Biography

Nikki Serlenga won a silver medal as a midfielder with the US soccer (football) team at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She attended Santa Clara University where she was a two-time First Team All-American and led the Broncos to four consecutive Final Fours at the NCAA Championships. She was inducted into the Santa Clara Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019.

Serlenga was on the US National Team in 2000-01, earning 30 international caps. She had a short career in professional soccer, playing for the Atlanta Beat of the Women’s United Soccer Association (WUSA) from 2001-03. She later married Shaun Fein, a basketball player who played professionally in France.
