József Kósa

József Kósa was one of Hungary’s top long jumpers prior to World War I. Representing MAC from Budapest he had various podiums at national meetings between 1911 and 1915. In 1912, he won silver at the national championships and was subsequently entered for the long jump at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. However, he was one of nine non-starters from Hungary in this event. In 1915, Kósa claimed his second silver at Hungarian Championships.
