Biography

Sándor Hajdú started his sports career in the colors of the MAFC. By 1926 he had already won the national title of 200m as an athlete of FTC. In the same year, he broke the 200m Hungarian record, first to 22.1 and then a year later to 21.7. He was nominated to the Amsterdam Olympics in 1928, but eventually did not compete. After 1931 he gave up his athletic career.
