Biography

Albert Mugnier was a French bobsledder who competed during the 1930s. Mugnier was part of the second French sled that participated in the four-man event at the 1936 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Olympics. Their Olympic participation was a short one, however, after they failed to finish the first of the four runs.
