Biography
Harper Phillips competed in giant slalom at the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics, but did not finish his second run. Phillips attended school at the Green Mountain Valley School in Waitsfield, Vermont, a prep school known for training future Olympic skiers. Phillips was Australian slalom champion in 1994. Shortly before the Olympics he was only on the US C Ski Team. He and his brother, Briggs, were on the team together but left World Cup racing in 1996 to ski the US Pro Ski Tour.
