Biography

Alfred Püls was an ice hockey goaltender who played for Austria at the 1956 Cortina d’Ampezzo and the 1964 Innsbruck Winter Olympics when his teams were eliminated in the group stages. He played his entire club career with Innsbrucker EV from 1954-65. Püls played at four World Championships, competing in the B edition in 1955, 1961, and 1962, and the C edition in 1963.
