Biography

Mike Keuler competed in large hill ski jumping at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. Keuler grew up in Minnesota and learned to jump on the Ole Mangseth Memorial Ski Jump. He later became a ski jumping coach. He worked with the US men’s team in training at Utah Olympic Park, and in 2006 was named head coach of the US men’s national Nordic team for ski jumping.

Keuler held that position until 2007 when he returned to Johnson & Wales University to study culinary arts. He became a chef, first in Boulder, and then as the founder and executive chef at GoBistro in Denver.
