The Disciplinary Commission is an ad hoc commission called on a case-by-case basis for matters relating to misbehavior by IOC Members or any member of the Olympic Family or Olympic Movement. As of 2022 its chair is Denis Oswald. It works in close association with the Legal Affairs department of the IOC.
