Patrick Pilloni was an Austrian Olympian in 1998 at Nagano. As an ice hockey centre, he finished 14th with the Austrian team. He earned 47 international caps and scored four points (two goals and two assists).
Domestically, Pilloni played with Klagenfurter AC (1988-2001), Vienna (Wiener) Capitals (2001-04), and DEK Klagenfurt (2007-08). In 1991, 2000 and 2001, he helped Klagenfurt win the Austrian nationals.
After Pilloni’s high school diploma he studied sports and psychology in Graz and Klagenfurt. After finishing his professional career in 2004 he worked as a sport manager for the Vienna Capitals and a management company in the USA
