Aleksandr Shumidub was a hockey goaltender who played for Belarus at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. He also played at the World Championships in 1997 and 1998, A Class in 1998 and B Class in 97. Shumidub played for Dynamo Minsk from 1981-93 and then was with Polimir Novopolotsk from 1996-99. He later became a manager.
