Austrian alpine skier Seline Heregger participated at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics and placed sixth in the downhill and 11th in the alpine combined. In 2001, Heregger won a downhill bronze medal at the World Championships and was awarded the Decoration of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria. The previous year she had won the overall European Cup.
After her sports career, Heregger began training as a masseuse, and opened the Café Selina in Irschen.
