Biography

German snowboarder Markus Ebner failed to qualify for the second round at both the 2002 Salt Lake City and 2006 Torino Winter Olympics in the parallel giant slalom events. At World Championships he won the gold medal in 1999 in the giant slalom event and a silver medal in the boarder cross event in 2001. In 2003, he was runner-up in the overall World Cup. In total, he won 15 German national titles.
