Franziska, daughter of Franz Reindl, was a German ice hockey forward who finished sixth in 2002 at the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. At club level, she played with TuS Geretsried (until 2001), SC Riessersee (2001-02 and 2005-10), and ERC Sonthofen (2002-04). Reindl moved to North America in 2004, playing with Calgary Hurricanes for one season. By profession, she became a sports and fitness clerk.
