Vietnamese cyclist Huỳnh Anh was active at international events in the 1950s and 1960s. In 1957 Huỳnh was one of four cyclists to represent Vietnam at the Merdeka Games in Malaysia, competing in the 25-mile road race in Kuala Lumpur. In 1964 he competed in the team time trial at the Tokyo Olympics.
