Biography

Raymond Bley was a cyclist from Luxembourg who had a brief career in the late 1950s and early 1960s. In 1959 Bley finished second in the amateur road race at the national championships, before placing third in the same race a year later. In 1960 he was also rode in the 100 kilometres team time trial at the Roma Olympics, with Luxembourg finishing 22nd. The following year Bley competed in the Tour de France, but abandoned the race on stage six.
